About
“What we need?
Is an alternative Ulster?
Grab it and change it, it's yours…”
- Stiff Little Fingers 1978
Alternative Ulster is a collaborative exhibition celebrating the rich tradition of music in all of its many forms. Curated and produced by Vault Artist Studios, Ireland's largest multidisciplinary studio group, the exhibition will include a programme of eclectic creative workshops for all ages, pop-up performance and a small arts market during Fleadh Cheoil week.
This exhibition will showcase the work of Belfast's underground artscene, from street art to printmaking, lens-based media to painting and sonic art to film. A true alternative Ulster - grab it and change it, it's yours.
Alternative Ulster runs Tuesday 2nd - Sunday 9th August. 12 - 6pm daily.
