Ulster Hall, one of Belfast’s most historic and beloved venues, is proud to be a host venue for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, welcoming audiences to experience traditional music in a setting steeped in musical heritage.
For over 160 years, Ulster Hall has been at the pulse of the city’s live entertainment scene. Since the 1960s it has been regarded as Northern Ireland’s spiritual home of rock music, hosting an extraordinary roll call of artists including U2, Coldplay, Lewis Capaldi, Johnny Cash and Led Zeppelin, who famously performed Stairway to Heaven there for the very first time.
Today, the iconic Grand Hall continues to stage a diverse programme spanning family shows, music, comedy, “Evenings with” events and live podcasts. As Fleadh Cheoil comes to Belfast, Ulster Hall is excited to add its rich legacy to a celebration of Irish culture, tradition and world-class live performance.
