Born from the flour-dusted dreams of a young lad named Dougie back in 1983, this bakery has been making its way into the hearts (and stomachs) of Northern Ireland ever since. What started as a one-man show has ballooned into a full-blown powerhouse bakery brand, and trust us, the aroma alone will have your mouth watering. In 2022, loyal customer Frank Warwick came for a birthday cake and left with a bakery! Now Frank, his wife Georgina, and a growing Dougies crew are baking up fresh ideas while keeping the original recipe that put us on the map.
