Starting 20 years ago as a Pastry chef in many restaurants and bakeries. The love of chocolate and experimenting was born for Martin. Daisies has been a staple in the City Centre for the past 16 years but recently Martins love for chocolate inspired him to take over and Daisies Belfast was reborn. Sampling anything from the award winning hot chocolate (you’ll be surprised with the size of the marshmallow) to handmade chocolate bars and ganache’s. You won’t be disappointed if you are looking for something on the more savoury sweet of baking either with their Scones and Baked goods also tasting fantastic.
