Malone Park Self Catering is a spacious, family-friendly ground floor apartment located in one of Belfast's most prestigious and picturesque residential areas. Set within a beautiful tree-lined park, the self-catering property offers a peaceful retreat while remaining within easy reach of the city's main attractions, shopping districts, restaurants and transport links.

The Space

The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and features two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/study space and a modern bathroom. All accommodation is on one level, making it an ideal choice for families, couples and business travellers alike.

Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace facilities, private parking and access to spacious grounds. A travel cot and high chair are available for younger visitors, making the property particularly suitable for families.

 Also we have spare beds which can be put in to accommodate the occasional extra guest.

Guest Access
Completely self contained apartment with all mod cons and access to spacious grounds (great for football loving children) barbecue and Equipment available when weather permits.

Interaction with Guests
Separate accommodation entirely but we live in an upper apartment if guests require anything. We speak good French and we usually have no problem communicating with guests of every nationality.

The Neighbourhood

Ideally situated close to the vibrant Lisburn Road, visitors will find an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Queen's University Belfast, the Lyric Theatre, Kingsbridge Private Hospital and Belfast city centre are all easily accessible from the property. Nature enthusiasts can also explore the nearby Lagan Valley Regional Park, offering scenic walking and cycling routes through forests and meadows.

Getting Around
We are a short walk to two main roads which are well served by buses and train stations. From there you can access all parts of Belfast and Northern Ireland.
